Who we are
VIA Dresden is the incoming division of VIA Events GmbH. We have organised events and trips for groups for many years, and we guide through the city ourselves. You tell us what you have in mind and receive a programme with prices from us. Nothing more, nothing less.
Services
Old Town and Neustadt, Zwinger, Residenzschloss, Semperoper, Frauenkirche. On foot, by coach or on the Elbe, from 90 minutes. We guide in three languages and tailor the route to your group.
We request room allotments, negotiate the terms and keep an eye on the deadlines. You receive a proposal with two or three hotels and decide.
Dinner in historic halls, wine tasting in Radebeul, steamboat trip, concert tickets, reception. We book, coordinate the timing and can be reached in the evening if anything comes up.
Airport, railway station, coach, admission tickets, schedule. We make sure everything fits together and nobody has to wait.
Meissen, Moritzburg, Pillnitz, the Bastei in Saxon Switzerland, the wine route along the Elbe. As a day programme with guided tour, lunch and return journey.

I run VIA Events GmbH and guide through Dresden myself, in German and in English. When you send us an enquiry, your message lands with me. I plan your programme with you and take on many of the tours myself.

Theresa is part of our Dresden team and guides in German, English and French. International groups are in good hands with her, even when the programme has to be rearranged at short notice.
Tours last from 90 minutes to a full day, on foot, by coach or aboard the Elbe steamer. We split larger groups and bring in experienced Dresden colleagues.
How it works
Occasion, dates, group size and wishes – via the form, by e-mail or by phone. That is all we need at the start.
We get back to you within two working days, and within a week you have a programme with prices: tour, hotel, restaurant, transfer. You adjust, we adapt.
On the day itself we guide your group and can be reached by phone if anything comes up. One fixed contact person, one invoice at the end.
